We also want to take a moment to remind you, parent or caregiver, that you need to take care of yourself so that you can take care of your kids.
When you are starting to feel worried or stressed, find someone that you trust and can openly talk about your feelings or take a moment to do a relaxation technique to reflect and refocus.
